1. Shipping Destinations

JIMMY LIGHT GUY currently ships to the following destinations:

  • United States: All 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses
  • Canada: Available for select products
  • Mexico: Available for select products
  • International: Shipping to select countries is available. Please contact us for more information.

Note: Some products may have shipping restrictions based on your location. If you are unsure whether we ship to your area, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or for custom products.

  • Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed
  • Shipping Notification: You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days after processing (additional fee applies)
  • International Standard: 7-14 business days depending on destination

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We also offer:

  • Free Shipping: On all orders within the United States
  • International Shipping: Rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout

Important: Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Expedited shipping is not eligible for free shipping offers.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking number through our Track Your Order tool or directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received your tracking information within 48 hours of your order being marked as shipped, please contact us at jimmylightguy@gmail.com.

6. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Please note the following:

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Delivery times for international orders range from 7-14 business days
  • Some products may not be available for international shipping due to regulatory restrictions
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes

Important: We do not ship to countries or regions that are subject to U.S. trade sanctions or embargoes.

7. Customs & Duties

For international orders, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are your responsibility.

We are not responsible for any additional fees, delays, or issues caused by customs processes. If you refuse to pay customs fees, your package may be returned to us, and we will refund your order minus the original shipping costs.

8. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please follow these steps:

  • Check your tracking number for the latest status
  • Contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided
  • If your package is significantly delayed or marked as lost, contact us at jimmylightguy@gmail.com with your order number

Note: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed by the carrier. However, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.

9. Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and items
  • Contact us at jimmylightguy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos of the damage

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please do not dispose of the damaged packaging or items until we have resolved your claim.
