1. Warranty Coverage

JIMMY LIGHT GUY warrants that all products sold directly through our website are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the warranty period specified below. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Note: This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from JIMMY LIGHT GUY. Products purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized retailers are not covered.

2. Warranty Period

All JIMMY LIGHT GUY products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty period is calculated from the date shown on your order confirmation or original purchase receipt.

  • LED Headlights: 1 year
  • Fog Lights: 1 year
  • LED Bulbs: 1 year
  • decoration Lights: 1 year
  • Others: 1 year

3. What is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the normal operation of the product. Examples of covered issues include:

  • LED bulbs that fail to light or flicker within the warranty period
  • Lighting units that exhibit abnormal dimming or color shifting
  • Housing or casing defects that cause water ingress or electrical failure
  • Premature failure of electronic components

Important: The product must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and installation instructions. Any modification or misuse may void the warranty.

4. What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or use
  • Damage from accidents, abuse, or environmental factors (e.g., floods, fires)
  • Products that have been modified, repaired, or disassembled by unauthorized parties
  • Products used in commercial or competitive applications
  • Shipping costs associated with warranty claims (except where required by law)

Note: This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Some states may not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

  • Shipping: Cover the shipping cost for the replacement product

8. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Shipping costs for warranty claims are handled as follows:

  • Defective Products: We will cover the return shipping cost for the defective product and the shipping cost for the replacement.
  • Customer Error (e.g., wrong product, accidental damage): The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Out-of-Warranty Claims: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
