Note: Products that have been installed, modified, or used may not be eligible for return. Please inspect your items before installation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with missing parts or packaging

4. How to Initiate a Return

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our team

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement item

Return shipping costs vary depending on the reason for the return:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We will cover the return shipping cost
  • Change of Mind (No Longer Needed): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Wrong Item Shipped: We will cover the return shipping cost

Tip: For customer-initiated returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. Warranty Claims

All JIMMY LIGHT GUY products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product fails due to a defect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Warranty claims are handled as follows:

  • We will verify the defect and order information
  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you
  • Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear
